We believe in fair work and fair policies. Since most of our services are time-based and custom, this policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
1) How to Request Cancellation
To cancel a service/project, contact us with your details:

Please share: your name, phone number, service details, and invoice/order reference (if any).
2) When Refund Can Be Considered
Refund depends on project stage:
A) Work Not Started
If payment is received and work has not started, refund may be approved after deducting payment gateway/processing charges (if any).
B) Work In Progress
If work has started, a partial refund (if any) may be considered based on:

Work completed till date

Time spent and resources used

Any committed third-party charges
In many custom service cases, the advance may work as a booking/starting fee, so refund may not be full.
C) Work Delivered / Approved
After final delivery or approval, refunds are generally not applicable.
3) Non-Refundable Items (Usually)
These are typically non-refundable because they are third-party costs or instantly used:

Domain purchase/renewal

Hosting/server charges

Paid themes/plugins/tools/subscriptions

Ads budget already spent on Google/Meta or other platforms

Third-party service charges and setup fees
4) Refund Process Time
If refund is approved, it is processed to the original payment method. Processing time is usually 7–10 working days, depending on bank/payment provider.
