2) Services & Scope
We provide digital services such as website design/development, digital marketing support, branding/graphics, social media support, consultation, and related services. Every project/service has a different scope. The scope, pricing, and expected timeline will be confirmed via proposal, invoice, email, WhatsApp message, or written communication before we start.
3) Client Responsibilities
To complete the work smoothly, you agree to:
-
Provide accurate information, requirements, and approvals
-
Share content (text/images/logo) and access (hosting/admin/social accounts) if needed
-
Reply within reasonable time so the project does not get delayed
If delays happen due to missing inputs/approvals, the timeline may extend.
4) Pricing, Payments & Taxes
Service pricing is confirmed before starting. Some services may require advance payment (full or partial) to begin work. Prices may be inclusive/exclusive of taxes depending on what is mentioned on the invoice/proposal. Any third-party costs (domain, hosting, paid themes/plugins, ads budget, paid tools) are usually charged separately unless clearly included in writing.
5) Revisions & Changes
We want you to be satisfied, so we allow revisions as per the selected plan/package. However:
-
Small changes and corrections are treated as revisions
-
New pages, new features, new designs, or major changes are treated as scope changes
Scope changes may require additional charges and extra time.
6) Delivery & Communication
We deliver work through Email, WhatsApp, cloud links, or direct deployment (if included). We communicate through channels shared by you. You agree that messages/emails related to project updates and support are part of service communication.
7) Intellectual Property & Ownership
-
Work created by us remains our property until full payment is received.
-
After full payment, you get rights to use the final deliverables as agreed.
-
Any third-party tools/themes/plugins used remain under their respective licenses.
You confirm that you own or have permission to use any content you share with us (logos, images, videos, text). If any legal issue arises due to client-provided content, the client will be responsible.
8) Portfolio Use
Unless you request in writing not to, we may showcase completed work (like website screenshots or creatives) in our portfolio/social media for demonstration purposes. Client confidential information is not shared.
9) No Guarantee Disclaimer
We work professionally, but we do not guarantee exact results like sales, leads, rankings, revenue, or ad performance because outcomes depend on multiple external factors (market, competition, platform rules, budget, and client response).
10) Third-Party Platforms
Projects may involve third parties like hosting providers, domain registrars, Google/Meta platforms, payment gateways, or other tools. Their rules and downtime are beyond our control. We are not responsible for third-party policy changes, blocks, suspensions, or outages.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mr Digital Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (loss of business, profit, data). If any liability arises, it will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
12) Termination / Refusal of Service
We may pause or terminate service in cases such as non-payment, abusive behavior, misuse, illegal requests, or repeated violations. Clients can also stop service anytime, subject to the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
13) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the competent courts in India.
